Thank you for the opportunity to become a partner in the creation of your Perfect Mix Lobby.  Our goal at Royal Hospitality is to provide you with a seamless "Royal Turn-Key" process from design to completion.  We have developed a comprehensive, yet streamlined, system to take the hassle out of renovation which gives you time to concentrate on what is important, 100% customer satisfaction. 

The "Royal Turn-Key" Process

Design:  Through our partnership with the most qualified designers, we can produce the "Perfect" customized results for every location.  Our questionnaire will prompt and guide our team to help you and your staff to navigate through the renovation timeline.

At this initial stage of the process Royal Hospitality can provide you with a "Preliminary Budgetary" price which will allow you to obtain a snapshot of what the project could cost financially.  A budgetary price can be the starting point but there is flexibility in the process to allow for movement up or down. Once the Design phase is complete, Royal Hospitality can provide a more exact price for contract basis.

Purchasing:  The design phase will allow for a clear path to purchasing of all goods for the transformation of your Perfect Mix Lobby.  Again, we are  capable of providing you with the power of buying in volume, and the supplier chain to insure availability on time every time. 

Manufacturing:  Each property location will have a necessity for an individual flare or touch with a specialty item.  This is where our in house manufacturing facility will come into play.  We custom fabricate each Community Table, TV shelves/Focal Wall configuration, Front Desk, and all the Millwork and Cabinetry for the entire lobby.  We have the ability to color match any stain for adding to existing items or total new fabrication of any piece.

Installation:  The final phase of our process is the installation of all materials at your property.  Our company will not begin any project without every necessary item for completion.   Hassle free delivery via our trucks, ensures your property and staff will not suffer from the constant flow of receiving materials.  When we give the date and timeline for your project it will be based off of the finish date and not just the start date.  We are very sensitive to the impact that the renovations will cause your property and it is our goal to be precise and efficient from start to finish!
